Exit criteria: Exit the trade when the Stop Loss or Take Profit is hit, or when the signal from all system indicators is invalidated. While a strong trend persists, prioritize signals that align with the trend.
Open a chart with an H1 timeframe. Apply two SMA indicators with periods 78 and 36, both set to close prices. Add the Stochastic indicator with settings (8, 3, 3) and the Envelopes indicator with parameters (32, 42) applied to the Stochastic data.
For a BUY trade, ensure the price is above SMA (78) and SMA (36) is above SMA (78). Confirm the Stochastic indicator is rising from below 20 and crosses the lower Envelopes line upward. Enter the trade at the opening of the next bar and set a Stop Loss of at least 30 points and a Take Profit of 60-70 points. Shift the Stop Loss to breakeven after 30 points of profit.
For a SELL trade, ensure the price is below SMA (78) and SMA (36) is below SMA (78). Confirm the Stochastic is falling from above 80 and crosses the upper Envelopes line downward. Enter and manage the trade similarly. Exit trades based on the specified conditions.
