Exercise:

Open a chart of an asset with stable volatility using a timeframe of at least H1. Apply the blue channel EMAs: EMA (20, 0, high) as a solid line and EMA (10, 0, low) as a dotted line. Apply the red channel EMAs: EMA (20, 0, low) as a solid line and EMA (10, 0, high) as a dotted line. Add the RSI indicator with settings (10, 0, close, 55, 45) and the SMA indicator with settings (10, 0, Previous Indicator’s Data).

Look for a BUY signal when the RSI is above 55 and its moving average, and the bar closes below the blue EMA. Enter a long position on the next bar and set a stop-loss 10-15 points below the red EMA. Monitor the trade and exit at the end of the day if a strong return signal appears.

Repeat the process for a SELL signal by identifying when the RSI is below 45 and its moving average, and the bar closes above the red EMA. Enter a short position on the next bar and set a stop-loss 10-15 points above the blue EMA, exiting the trade at the end of the day upon a strong return signal.
